When we truly commit to helping our customers succeed, we often need to step beyond our usual scope of work. Our teams are willing to help our customers in any way necessary because we understand that how we help them is not always as important as the fact that we are there when they need us. PHS demonstrated this commitment recently when a DeltaV upgrade was delayed by an emergency.
ECI is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer Trainee to participate in a rotational training program to arm them with the technical knowledge required to serve our customers’ needs through superior customer service including solution selling and product and application knowledge.
During the 4-1/2 day course, the student will be able to define system capabilities, define nodes, configure continuous and sequential control strategies, create process alarms, operate the system, troubleshoot the system and modify operator displays. This course includes access to a virtual DeltaV system to practice and review course workshops, and with brief recorded demonstrations available after course completion.
