Congratulations to Kevin Price who recently became “Dell Tech Support Logistics and Self-Dispatch Technician Certified”! This is a Dell EMC support role that enables Kevin (as a third-party individual) the ability to submit and manage service and parts dispatch requests to Dell. Kevin will also be able to review active service requests, create new service requests, view a complete history of technical service request activity, check warranty status of Dell products and access a vast library of reference material and support resources. This allows PHS to better serve our customers by diagnosing issues related to software and/or hardware for Dell EMC products and quickly dispatching the necessary replacement part(s).
