On April 27th, our parent company, ECI, had the pleasure of hosting more than 35 children in their Lawrence, Monessen and Solon offices for the nationally recognized Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. This day, celebrated the last Thursday in April, is an opportunity to encourage, inspire and introduce our children to the workplace. Children in grades K – 12 participated in a variety of activities and spent time learning about careers.
PHS guests learned about engineering by building catapults and a hydraulic arm. Kids also had the chance to interview someone in a career path that interested them. You can see additional photos of all of the events on the ECI community page.
