Our global colocation customer in Secaucus, NJ, was very impressed with PHS and asked that we return to help on another large project. This project was for a suite-based building, not a colocation. The ability to calculate actual suite PUE accurately for billings was the priority.
This was the first site where coordinated control to rooftops was done with an interface to someone else’s controls. PHS worked extensively with the rooftop vendor to produce a solution that had full control functionality with a third party controller. This was also the first site where we deployed Emerson’s DeltaV Control System on our customer’s standard virtual machine cluster.
Customer feedback: “A big thank you to the PHS team for achieving zero defects on this project. We realize this is truly an amazing effort and achievement. Thanks for your dedication!”
