We formally recognize our employees efforts to improve the customer experience because it is in direct alignment with our mission to deliver successful outcomes 100% of the time! The efforts of our team to go above and beyond to serve our customers should be commended.
The following PHS team members were recognized through the Think Customer program in the second fiscal quarter (January-March):
- Hank Troost – Hank’s process knowledge, flexibility, and dedication made a difference in working to resolve the condenser water pressure control issues at NY4. This allows PHS to continue our great relationship with our biggest customer.
- Craig Sharp – Craig’s personal commitment and flexibility made a difference in completing a challenging project with little assistance and a very compressed schedule. This allowed PHS to potentially gain more business with this new customer.
