Think Customer is an important initiative. We formally recognize our employees efforts to improve the customer experience because it is in direct alignment with our mission to deliver successful outcomes 100% of the time! The efforts of our team to go above and beyond to serve our customers should be commended.
The following PHS team members were recognized through the Think Customer program in the First fiscal quarter (October – December):
- Matt Lucero – To serve our West Virginia customers, the state requires a contractor’s license. Matt volunteered to learn the material and take the exam in a very limited amount of time to ensure there were no delays with our work for our customers. Nice job!
- Chris Vergos – Due to Chris’ expertise in valve sizing, he has helped us leverage opportunities with a particular customer. Thank you!
